Qualifications

  1. The candidate must be at least 5’3”, barefoot;
  2. Must be single, has not been married or separated and not a single mother;
  3. Must be 17 to 24 years old, Filipino, and of good moral character;
  4. Must be a bonafide resident of Municipality of T’boli;
  5. Must not have been a title holder of any pageant (Municipal to National levels) in the past years; and
  6. Must be able to communicate and express herself in Filipino and in English

Requirements

  1. She should submit a filled up candidate’s profile form;
  2. Should submit one (1) piece colored half body picture and one (1) piece colored full body shot are also required upon submission of form;
  3. Should submit a certificate of Residency in T’boli, South Cotabato signed by the Barangay Captain of the barangay where the candidate resides; and
  4. One (1) photocopy of the candidate’s birth certificate.
